These terms apply to every offer in our webshop and to every agreement you enter into with us — online, in the shop or at an appointment in the workshop.
Auto Interieur Meester
Van Salmstraat 113

The Netherlands
Chamber of Commerce: 84310421
VAT number: NL003944799B46
Where it says "you" below we mean you as the customer; "we" means Auto Interieur Meester. Arrangements that differ from these terms only apply if we have recorded them with you in writing.
All prices on the site include VAT. Shipping costs are added separately; you see them in your cart before you check out.
We do our best to show products, photos and fitment information correctly. A small deviation in colour or texture can occur and is not a defect. If a price or description contains an obvious error, we are not bound by it; we will tell you as soon as possible and you can cancel the order free of charge.
Offers apply for as long as they are on the site and while stocks last.
The agreement is concluded as soon as you have completed the order and we have confirmed it by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us before ordering again.
We may refuse an order or adjust it in consultation with you — for instance if a product unexpectedly cannot be supplied, if the details are incomplete, or if we have good reason to believe this is not a normal consumer order. If you have already paid, you get your money back within five working days.
You pay at checkout with one of the methods the checkout offers you; which ones those are depends on your country and your order amount. In our shop you can pay by card or in cash.
If you are a business customer from another EU country with a valid VAT identification number, we can reverse-charge the VAT. We check the number first; until that check is complete we simply charge VAT.
An order that has not been paid within the payment term lapses automatically. The products remain our property until you have paid in full.
We deliver to the address you give when ordering, or to the pick-up point you choose yourself. Delivery times we mention are an indication and never a strict deadline. If delivery unexpectedly does not succeed within thirty days, you may cancel the agreement free of charge and you get your money back.
If the delivery address is wrong, let us know as soon as possible. As long as the parcel has not shipped we will change it; after that the cost of a new shipment is yours.
If your parcel arrived damaged, report it within a reasonable time after you received it, with a photo. Then we will sort it out.
If you choose collection or fitting, you book a moment for it. Rescheduling or cancelling is always free of charge; we do appreciate it if you tell us in time, so we can give the slot to someone else.
We may have to move an appointment too, for instance in case of illness. We will say so as soon as possible and find a new moment together. If you are not there and we hear nothing, the appointment lapses; your order simply stands.
When fitting, we work on your vehicle. Please make sure the interior is accessible and reasonably clean. If the vehicle is not suitable, or the version turns out to differ from what was stated, we will discuss it before we start. Damage caused by our fitting is ours to resolve; we are not liable for defects that were already there.
You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Register your return within that period through the return form; after that you have another 14 days to send the product back.
During that period you may inspect and try the product as you would in a shop. If you go further — used, washed, or with traces of use such as dog hairs, dirt, stains or smoke odour — we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Return costs. If your order went to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, returning is free. For the other countries we deliver to, we ask a contribution of € 8 towards the return costs. If you ordered two or more items in order to choose one of them, the return costs are yours.
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund within 5 working days using the same payment method you paid with. The full return policy is on our returns page.
Your product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. If it does not — a seam coming loose, a cover that does not fit although it was sold for your version — we sort it out: repair, replacement or refund. That is your statutory right, and there is no separate warranty period on top of it; we give no extra manufacturer warranty beyond the law.
Not every fault falls under this. Normal wear, damage from incorrect use or incorrect washing, modifications you made yourself, and fabric fading from sunlight or intensive use are not defects. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your product.
If you discover a defect, report it within a reasonable time after discovering it, with photos. The sooner we can look, the sooner it is solved.
If something goes wrong and it is our fault, we stand behind it. Our liability does not, as far as the law allows, go beyond the amount of the order or fitting concerned. We are not liable for consequential loss — such as lost income or extra costs incurred — except in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part.
This limitation never applies where the law gives you more rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms can take your statutory rights away.
If something beyond our control prevents us from delivering — a strike at the carrier, a breakdown at a supplier, extreme weather — we may postpone delivery for as long as that situation lasts. If it lasts more than thirty days, both you and we may end the agreement free of charge; anything you already paid is refunded.
If you buy as a business, the same terms apply, with three differences. The right of withdrawal does not apply: that exists for consumers. You check the delivery on receipt and report visible defects within five working days. And with a valid VAT identification number from another EU country we reverse-charge the VAT, once that number has been checked.
If you have a complaint, tell us first through the contact form on our contact page. We reply within fourteen days with a substantive answer, or with a note telling you when you can expect one.
If we cannot work it out together, you can submit your complaint through the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. We are not affiliated with a trust mark or a disputes committee; you can therefore also bring your dispute before the Dutch courts.
Dutch law applies to our agreements. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
We may amend these terms. For your order, the version that was on the site at the time of ordering always applies. The top of this page shows when we last updated them.
