Return policy

At Auto Interieur Meester we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Still, we understand that there are situations in which you want to return a product. Below you will find our return policy, so you know exactly how the process works.

Return period

You have 14 days from receiving your order to register your return. After that you have another 14 days to send the product back.

In order to process your return, the following conditions apply:

• The product must not be damaged.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not have been used or washed.
• The product must be clean and free of traces of use such as dog hairs, dirt, stains or odours, for example of cigarette smoke.
• Did you order two or more items in order to choose one of them? In that case the return costs are for the customer.

1. Register your return using the return form. Keep your order number at hand.
2. You will receive the return instructions from us, together with the address to send the parcel to.
3. Send the product back well packaged. Keep the proof of postage until your refund has arrived.
4. We check the product and settle your return.

If your order went to the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, returning is free. For the other countries we deliver to, we ask a contribution of € 8 towards the return costs.

There is one more exception, and it is the one in the conditions above: if you order two or more items in order to choose one of them, the return costs are yours.

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within 5 working days, using the same payment method you paid with.

Would you like a different product, for instance in another colour or version? An exchange is possible. Get in touch and we will arrange it together.

Did you receive a faulty product, or something other than what you ordered? Please contact us straight away. We will sort it out for you, and in that case the costs are never yours.
