Shipping & delivery

• Orders placed in time on a working day leave the same day.
• We ship with PostNL and DHL. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an e-mail with track & trace.
• Prefer a pick-up point? Choose a service point near you at checkout.
• Seat covers and mats are packed flat and protected, so they arrive without creases.

The courier will try the neighbours, or leave a note telling you where to collect your parcel. In the carrier’s track & trace you can often reschedule the delivery yourself or redirect it to a pick-up point.

Is something wrong with your address? Let us know as soon as possible — as long as the parcel has not shipped, we can change it.

You do not have to have it shipped. You can collect your order at our workshop, or have your covers fitted professionally while you wait. You choose this at checkout and pick a moment that suits you.
